Why "open" reads lower than you counted
Western Midstream
Western Midstream is contracted for 2 rooms out of the open PVIP pool. The banner holds back whatever they aren't already using — 2 minus their current rooms, never below 0 — and quietly subtracts it from open. So if they're in one room, one is held and open reads one lower than the rooms you can see. Once they're in both, nothing is held. Hover the number to see it spelled out.

Note counter
The notepad icon in the utility bar carries the number of live notes. Click it to open a panel listing those notes by tag — Attention, Rotator, Tagged, Verified, Plain. Click a line to jump to its first room, click again to advance. The panel stays open while you walk a tag.

Writing one
A small + on the room row opens the note. Type, pick a color tag, save. Notes are shared across every workstation — a note written at one desk shows up at the others. Delete removes it everywhere, not just here.

An untagged note ages so you can see it going stale — yellow under 3 days, mustard under 14, brown under 30, gray beyond. A tagged note never ages — its color is a deliberate label, not a staleness signal. Tagging a room Rotator is real data: it moves that room into the rotator count in the XTO fence.

Small gray arrow after the bracket. Flips the cycling direction across every counter. ↑ starts at the highest room number; ↓ starts at the lowest. Persists across refreshes.

Blocked dropdown
Click "Blocked" to open a panel listing blocked-room counts by category (MN, HK, TM, TF, OF, OT, MG, Uncategorized). Click any line to jump to the first matching room, and again to advance — the panel stays open until you click away.
Room-pair chart
Chain-link icon in the top-right of the banner. Opens a printable reference of every J&J pair, grouped by building and shown in brackets — the digital replacement for the old flip chart. New tab, Print button, generated fresh from the live chart each time.

Sun or moon in the utility bar. The script runs on Thor, a different site from this panel, so it can't read your panel theme — it keeps its own and remembers it on this browser. Dark by default.

Anything not matching this format shows under "Uncategorized" in red. Update the housekeeping status when blocking — the "Blocked since" annotation reads from the housekeeping timestamp, so updating it together keeps the aging count accurate.
What this page sends to EZ EOW
Rooms on hold
Every time the tape chart loads, it publishes the blocked rooms held 7 days or longer — Maintenance and Housekeeping only, longest-held first — so the EZ EOW report fills in "Rooms on hold over 7 days" by itself. Rooms with no readable date are left out, because no age can't qualify. It publishes even when the list is empty, so EOW can honestly say "none on hold."

If a long-held room is missing from EOW, the cause is usually here: a block typed without an MN: or HK: code lands in Uncategorized and never gets published. Check the Blocked dropdown's Uncategorized count.

Expects the standard Midland weekly format: weekday headers Sun–Sat, date row, then sections labeled "Breakfast", "Dinner", and "Lunch" in column A. The parser is tolerant — extra blank rows are fine.
How to use
- Open the Target Hospitality admin form for the day you're editing.
- Click Copy Breakfast here, paste into the Breakfast textarea there.
- Repeat for Lunch, Dinner, and Anytime.
- Save in Target. Move to the next day.
Items appended to Dinner: A 'LA Carte and Frac Shack. Lunch shows "To Be Determined" when the source marks it TBD, since lunch is decided day-of.

Front desk credit card charges
EZ Charges
Choose the credit card log once at the start of your shift. Then enter a charge and press the button: it prints the slip you tape the receipt to, and writes the charge straight into the log.
The two files you load never leave this computer. The monthly sheet and
the departures reports are read here in the browser and are not sent anywhere.
Charges you enter are shared across the front desk so two people can work at once. Each one carries the guest, company, room, nights, rate, confirmation and the last four of the card — never a full card number, and never an email, phone or badge number. Shared charges are cleared at shift change, once they have been captured in a downloaded report.
A copy of everything also stays on this computer so a refresh or a trip to another tab loses nothing. That copy stays until you clear it.

Pull a fresh one from Thor this morning. Tells us who is still in house and when they actually left.
3 Yesterday’s departures report — optional
The same report, saved yesterday. Comparing the two is the only thing that shows an extension, because Thor overwrites the scheduled departure date in place. Save today’s with the date in the filename and you will have it tomorrow.
